Debbie Lera has been in the educational field for 20 years. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA and an M.A. in Education from Santa Clara University. She is an experienced writer and veteran staff developer, education consultant and teacher. Debbie is the author of the book Writing Above Standard and other publications about literacy instruction. She is a proud mom to a CSMH student.
