Friday, May 17
Thank you so much for coming last night to celebrate all of the learning at our amazing school! As we mentioned kindergarten has not reached their happy ending yet. We will continue to work with our fairy tale project for the next few weeks. In addition to this we are also working on all our end of year assessments. Every minute of the last 17 days is important and valuable. Please do everything you can to ensure your student is in class.
State of the School Meeting
Our annual State of the School meeting is Tuesday, May 28th, starting at 6:30 pm. Many important topics will be shared at this meeting. It expected that at least one parent from every family will be in attendance. Babysitting by our 7th graders will be provided.
CHEETAH CREATIONS & FAMILY FUN FESTIVAL
The cheetah creations are AMAZING!!!! The Jenga blocks, Dominos , Cheetah Quilt and Windchime are all available to be bid on now, through the Family Festival on May 31. The Fun starts at 3pm and goes until 7pm.
Each class has a booth to manage for the festival. There are also a number to school-wide booths to help cover. The only way we can have this great community event is if every family gives a little bit of their time.

Thank you for all that you have done!
Be sure to come by and have your volunteer participation appreciated on Thursday, May 23 at 8:00am in the Gym. The Kinders will be coming buy for a quick song.
Kindergarten Field Day
Let's end kindergarten with a blow-out bash!
This special day will be on Tuesday, June 11 from 11:30- 2:30 pm at the Community Park. It will be a fun day celebrating the end of the year. We will have food and fun!
There will be 10 games that will be great fun as well as help us use the cooperation skills we learned this year.
Your child should be dressed for wet play time. They will be sliding on blocks of ice and playing with wet sponges. Board shorts are a good idea because their rear ends can get really wet. Even though we might get wet, all children must be covered up. Boys will need to keep their shirts on at all times. We will also need to keep our shoes on the whole time. Sandals are a good idea.
We need a lot of volunteers! We will need drivers, team leaders, game leaders, gazebo reservers, and food and other donations. We have set up a volunteer spot for you to sign up to help. Younger siblings are allowed but they will be the responsibility of the parent.
