Background & Experience

Martha Baughman holds a BA in teaching English as a Second Language. She was educated in Mexico City and has taught English to older students and adult learners. She has experience as a translator and interpreter. She has taught ESL at MACSA in Gilroy as well as helped to create the ESL program. She is a volunteer in the Learning and Loving Center in Morgan Hill, teaching ESL to immigrant women. She is also working as a Spanish tutor in Extreme Learning Center. She has been in the Charter School since its opening and is helping to create the Spanish program and getting the curriculum for it.
