We're so glad you're considering the Charter School of Morgan Hill (CSMH) for your child's education! As a tuition-free public school, CSMH is open to all California residents, and we warmly welcome every student who wishes to join our community, up to our school's capacity.
At CSMH, we believe in providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. This includes English learners, students with disabilities, and students from all economic backgrounds. We're here to support every child, whether they need extra academic help or are looking for a vibrant place to grow. We're committed to serving all students, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
If more students apply than we have space for, we use a public random drawing (lottery) to determine admission. To help ensure our school reflects the wonderful diversity of our community, students identified as socio-economically disadvantaged will have their lottery applications weighted at a 2:1 ratio, increasing their chances of admission.
To be eligible for the lottery, it's important to complete and submit all required forms within our open enrollment period. Please make sure your application is complete, as incomplete applications won't be considered. Applications received after 4:00 p.m. on the closing day of open enrollment will be added to a waitlist in the order they are received.
We're excited about the possibility of your child joining the CSMH family!
